Yet Another One

You would think by now that I would know how to bake a loaf of bread but there are huge gaps in my know how so to remedy some of my failure I have booked myself on another baking course. This one is 'Advanced Class in Bread Making' at Cinnamon Square where I did my first baking course. This one covers Sourdough Bread and a variety of other bread making techniques. Apart from that it has been pretty quiet on the bread making front just the occasional loaf every few days as decorating my house seems to have taken over. All part of the plan of getting my place sorted and building my mini-bakery so time well spent.
