Sticks and stones will break my
teeth err, no that's not right. Monday nights efforts saw me turning out a few breadsticks. A basic white loaf dough cut up and rolled out on a baking sheet, allowed to rise and then brushed with olive oil. a sprinkling of salt or pepper and then in the oven for twenty minutes.
Also on the menu was another Walnut and Sultana loaf which went down a treat on Tuesday after a few pancakes were consumed.
My best bread ever so I am told.
